I am the little girl and the little girl is me...She is my essence, my core, my root!

Ms. Jaime A. Gill is a certified life coach, author and self-reflection enthusiast. She combines her passions and experience to deliver a message that will activate others to live their best lives NOW. She is a sought-after speaker that travels throughout the US leading workshops on leadership, self-reflection, personal development, sexual violence awareness/ prevention, and youth empowerment.

Jaime is the author of Lessons For The Little Girl part one and two, and Lessons For The Little Boy.  This series is her hope to present a mirror to encourage women and men to embrace the journey of self-reflection. By willingly risking introspection for transformation, audiences can embrace their lives at every stage of development through honesty and accountability.  Her story and books have been featured on WGN and Channel 26 – WCIU, Chicago.

Through her presence in the compilation book Sisterhood: Journeys of Women in Entrepreneurship, Ms. Gill provides the power in pursuing their unique path and dreams of entrepreneurship.

Ms. Gill’s  passion for personal development has been cultivated through her vast career as a multimedia professional.  In her over 25 years of media experience, Jaime has produced content for local and international television and radio broadcasts. Her experience ranges from production, script writing, voice-overs, and programming.  In her career she has also created content for NBC, ABC, CBS, Weigel Broadcasting, TBN and the WORD Network. NAACP, UNCF, The American Cancer Society, History Makers, and The Illinois Black Hall of Fame, Celebrity Financial Coach Lynn Richardson, Media Mogul - Russell Simmons’ Hip Hop Action Network, and philanthropist and Music Legend, MC Lyte.

 

Through her Chicago based radio show The L.O.V.E PERSPECTIVE (Lives of Vision and Empowerment) Jaime and co-host Alicia Bowens presented guests and topics to help their national listeners to live on purpose, with purpose, and for purpose. The L.O.V.E PERSPECTIVE podcast will transition to podcast format to expand their global reach. For her commitment to excellence in Media and technology, Ms. Gill was recognized by the Top Ladies of Distinction - Lincoln Park Chicago Chapter with the Crown Jewel Award.

 

Excellence in service is just as important as demonstrating excellence in her career. Once a victim, now a thriver, Jaime volunteers to empower other victims of sexual assault by partnering with such organizations as P.A.V.E (Promoting Awareness Victim Empowerment and the Chicago Chapter of GEMS (Girls Educational Mentoring Services) an organization dedicated to providing awareness and prevention against sexual assault, domestic violence, and the exploitation and trafficking of women and girls. Through partnerships with schools, churches, and sororities and fraternities, Ms. Gill strives to uplift victims, erase ignorance, eradicate injustice. he She was recognized by Jack and Jill of America, Inc.  South Suburban Chapter for her efforts and participating in their Anti-Violence Legislative Event. 

 

Commitment to serving awarded her the opportunity to be on the first cover of Guidepost for Teen Magazine.   She also was on the cover of The W.E.L.L. Magazine as she joined 3 other women of stories of survival and triumph.

 

Through her life and service Jaime was also recognized as one of the inaugural women to be recognized by the Chi Lambda Lambda Graduate Chapter of Omega Psi Phi, Fraternity Inc, as a women of Distinction for her partnership with their organization for local and internationally.

 

Jaime Gill currently resides in Daytona Beach, Florida where she enjoys a career in the emergency room as a consumer access specialist, providing quality service and support to patient’s and families through their most vulnerable times of life. Promoting the AdventHealth mission of extending the Healing Ministry of Christ, she hopes to make a positive impact in the lives of everyone she encounters.

 

Jaime’s name in French literally translates “to love” which is what she hopes to project through every reflect to the world through her life’s works.
